Peran Kebersyukuran Terhadap Kepuasan Hidup: Scooping Review

Abstract

Kepuasan hidup merupakan evaluasi menyeluruh mengenai kualitas hidup seseorang. Dampak negatif dari kurangnya kepuasan hidup lebih mudah mengalami stres, kecemasan dan depresi. Selain itu, adanya  penurunan motivasi, harga diri yang rendah serta  rasa putus asa. Dampak lainnya adalah relasi sosial yang buruk serta menurunnya  kualitas hidup secara keseluruhan. Untuk meningkatkan kepuasan hidup maka diperlukan kemampuan bersyukur. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan scooping review mengenai peran kebersyukuran terhadap kepuasan hidup. Metode yang digunakan dalam scooping review adalah menggunakan petunjuk PRISMA dan penelusuran artikel menggunakan database Scopus selama 5 (lima) tahun terakhir yaitu tahun 2020,2021,2022,2023 dan 2024. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 17 (tujuhbelas) artikel yang relevan mengenai peran kebersyukuran terhadap kepuasan hidup. Secara keseluruhan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebersyukuran berperan efektif dalam meningkatkan kepuasan hidup. Latar belakang subyek penelitian ditemukan yaitu  kelompok mahasiswa dan remaja, karyawan (praktisi, guru dan perawat) serta dewasa dan lansia. Kebersyukuran menjadi mediator kemampuan mahasiswa dan remaja dalam menghadapi tekanan psikologis. Mahasiswa dan remaja yang memiliki Tingkat kebersyukuran tinggi memiliki kepuasan hidup yang tinggi. Pada subyek karyawan (guru, praktisi dan perawat ) Terdapat korelasi yang signifikan antara rasa syukur dengan kepuasan hidup.  Rasa syukur  efektif dalam meningkatkan afek positi dan kepuasan hidup serta mengurangi afek negatif dengan spiritualitas sebagai moderstor. Pada subyek dewasa dan lansia kebersyukuran  berkorelasi positif dan signifikan dengan kepuasan hidup. Dukungan sosial dan mindfullness memediasi hubungan antara rasa syukur dan kepuasan hidup
