Analisis Penerimaan Masyarakat Pada Website Pelayanan Via Online Dukcapil (PLAVON) Kabupaten Sidoarjo

Pemerintah Kabupaten Sidoarjo membangun website Plavon dukcapil kabupaten Sidoarjo yang mengimplementasikan layanan e-government untuk mempermudah masyarakat dalam mengurus dokumen kependudukan di kabupaten sidoarjo. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memaparkan bagaimana penerimaan terhadap penggunaan pada masyarakat Kabupaten Sidoarjo terhadap website Plavon dukcapil kabupaten Sidoarjo dengan model Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) yang memuat beberapa variabel yakni performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, dan behavioral intention. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan pengiriman kuesioner secara daring kepada 120 calon responden dengan menggunakan 16 pernyataan dengan hasil yang didapatkan dapat dikategorikan cukup tinggi dengan rata-rata keselurhan yaitu (65,63%) dengan variabel Effort Expectancy menjadi variabel tertinggi, lalu diposisi tertinggi kedua Performance Expectancy , posisi ketiga Behavioral Intention , lalu diposisi keempat yaitu Social Influence.
