IMPLEMENTASI SISTEM PAKAR FORWARD CHAINING UNTUK DIAgnosis Penyakit Paru-paru DI RSU MAYJEN H.A THALIB KABUPATEN KERINCI

ABSTRAK
Kebutuhan informasi yang cepat dan tepat dari seorang pakar kesehatan sangatlah dibutuhkan. Hal inilah yang mendorong pembangunan sebuah sistem pakar diagnosis penyakit paru-paru dengan meminta diagnosis dari user. Salah satu solusi untuk membuat sistem pakar ini agar dapat menghasilkan diagnosis yang akurat adalah dengan menerapkan salah satu metode dari artificial intelligence. Penelitian ini membahas sistem pakar diagnosis penyakit paru-paru ini dibatasi pada pembangunan sistem pakar menggunakan metode Forward Chaining dari data primer dan data sekunder di RSU Mayjen H.A Thalib Kabupaten Kerinci. Output berupa hasil diagnosis paru-paru meliputi penyakit, definisi penyakit, gejala dan nasehat atau solusi kepada pasien yang menderita penyakit tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjadikan aplikasi konsultasi penyakit paru-paru, serta sebagai sarana untuk mempermudah diagnosis penyakit paru-paru kepada seluruh pengguna. Hasil penelitian dari analisa yang diterapkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan menerapkan metode forward chaining dan berbasis komputer maka sistem pakar ini dapat mendiagnosis penyakit paru-paru dan mendapatkan hasil diagnosis secara cepat dan tepat, sesuai dengan rule yang telah dikonfigurasi.
