ANALISIS KEPUASAN MAHASISWA DENGAN METODE EUCS DALAM PENGGUNAAN SIASY FAKULTAS TARBIYAH DAN KEGURUAN

Abstract

Siasy merupakan salah satu website yang digunakan untuk pengurusan surat menyurat dengan media online. Pada website tersebut mahasiswa dapat melakukan pengurusan surat dengan tanpa harus datang kekampus. Dalam pengoperasiannya, ada sejumlah permasalahan dirasakan oleh mahasiswa yang menarik minat peneliti untuk mengadakan penelitian tentang kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap siasy. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Suska Riau yang tujuannya untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap sistem. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif menggunakan model EUCS. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling dengan dan penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin responden penelitian ini banyak 99 mahasiswa. Analisis proses data menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil yang diperoleh yakni Content (CON), Ease Of Use (EAS) dan Timeliness (TIM) berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna sedangkan Accuracy (ACC), Format (FOR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna.

"The Submission of Manuscripts in softcopy can be sent through a website in the form of a file with the .docx extension (xxxxxx.docx) and  NOT in the form of a Portable Document File (PDF). The editor has the right to edit the manuscript for the purpose of improvement and layout setting, without changing the essence of the writing.
