SISTEM INFORMASI PENDAFTARAN PERNIKAHAN BERBASIS ONLINE MENGGUNAKAN METODE WATERFALL (STUDY KASUS: KANTOR URUSAN AGAMA KECAMATAN MANDAU-DURI)

Kantor urusan agama adalah lembaga yang bernaung dibawah Kementerian Agama RI dan melaksanakan tugas berdasarkan peraturan pemerintah, baik Undang-undang pernikahan maupun peraturan Menteri Agama. Lembaga ini juga merupakan salah satu lembaga pencatatan pernikahan yang bertugas mendaftarkan dan mengurus kelengkapan administrasi pernikahan. KUA Kecamatan Mandau menggunakan pencatatan dengan buku untuk melayani pendaftaran pernikahan. Berdasarkan data yang di survey calon pasangan yang mendaftar bejumlah 200 pasangan perbulan. Pegawai KUA mengaku kesulitan untuk memproses data-data tersebut secara cepat, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lamaBerdasarkan masalah yang di atas peneliti mengusulkan sistem informasi Pendaftaran Pernikahan. Metode Waterfall Berbasis Online dengan spesifikasi atau kebutuhan sistem yang akan dibangun dengan konsep OOAD dan bahasa pemodelan untuk pembangunan perangkat lunak dibangun menggunakan teknik pemrograman berorientasi objek, yaitu Unified Modeling Language (UML).

"The Submission of Manuscripts in softcopy can be sent through a website in the form of a file with the .docx extension (xxxxxx.docx) and NOT in the form of a Portable Document File (PDF). The editor has the right to edit the manuscript for the purpose of improvement and layout setting, without changing the essence of the writing. For significant improvements, the editor will request correction from the author.
The Review will be conducted for all incoming manuscripts. The results of the review will be communicated to each author within 1 (one) month from the submission of the manuscript to the editor.
