Di era digital saat ini, para pelaku bisnis memanfaatkan peran teknologi informasi dalam membantu menjalankan proses bisnis mereka. Upaya ini dilakukan agar dapat memberikan pelayanan yang baik kepada pelanggan (customer). Salah satunya adalah bisnis “Perhotelan”. Bisnis hotel saat ini merupakan peluang bisnis yang menjanjikan di era digital, kebutuhan informasi tentang hotel dengan sangat mudah bisa diakses melalui media teknologi, sehingga para pelaku bisnis dengan mudah menjalankan bisnisnya.Peluang bisnis ini juga dimanfaatkan dengan baik oleh manajemen Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Sultan Syarif Kasim (SUSKA) Riau. Sebagai lembaga yang konsen terhadap pendidikan, bisnis guest house merupakan sisi lain yang bisa dikelola oleh Universitas sebagai wujud dalam memainkan perannya di masyarakat. Guest house yang didirikan oleh lembaga ini di beri nama Guest house UIN Suska Riau. Informasi tentang guest house ini belum tersebar dengan baik. Sehingga masyakat luas belum mengetahui dengan detail tentang guest house ini, mulai dari keberadaanya, cara memesan kamar serta fasilitas-fasilitas yang dimiliki. Oleh karena itu, perlu dibangun sebuah sistem informasi reservasi kamar guset house online, agar masyarakat dapat dimudahkan dalam proses pemesanaan kamar secara online.Downloads

The Guidelines for Authors The manuscript must follow the format/template provided by the editor. All instructions regarding font and size for the title, author's name, affiliation, email, abstract, keywords, content, and references are outlined in the template. The template can be downloaded on the The website .
"The Submission of Manuscripts in softcopy can be sent through a website in the form of a file with the .docx extension (xxxxxx.docx) and NOT in the form of a Portable Document File (PDF). The editor has the right to edit the manuscript for the purpose of improvement and layout setting, without changing the essence of the writing. For significant improvements, the editor will request correction from the author.
The Review will be conducted for all incoming manuscripts. The results of the review will be communicated to each author within 1 (one) month from the submission of the manuscript to the editor.
