ANALISIS KESUKSESAN PENERAPAN SISTEM INFORMASI ADMINISTRASI KEPENDUDUKAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL DELONE AND MCLEAN (Studi Kasus: Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Pekanbaru)

Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil (Disdukcapil) Kota Pekanbaru adalah Dinas yang bertugas melaksanakan kebijakan dibidang fasilitasi pendaftaran penduduk dan pencatatan sipil. Pendataan dan pengolahan data pada Dinas tersebut menggunakan sistem yang diberi nama Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK). Dalam penerapannya masih banyak ditemukan berbagai masalah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kesuksesan SIAK, dan untuk mengetahui variabel mana yang paling berpengaruh dalam kesuksesan SIAK. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis Kesuksesan penerapan SIAK adalah model DeLone and McLean dengan menggunakan variabel kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kepuasan pengguna, dan manfaat-manfaat bersih. Hasil tingkat kesuksesan sistem dilihat dari masing-masing varabel yaitu kualitas sistem memperoleh nilai 58,38%, kepuasan pengguna 59,58%, manfaat-manfaat bersih 58,96%, dan kualitas informasi memperoleh nilai paling tinggi yaitu 60,63%. Berdasarkan uji regresi linear berganda didapat nilai sebesar 78,88%, ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi dan kepuasan pengguna berpengaruh terhadap variabel manfaat-manfaat bersih.References
