IMPLEMENTASI METODE SMARTER UNTUK REKOMENDASI PEMILIHAN LOKASI PEMBANGUNAN PERUMAHAN DI PEKANBARU

Dalam pemilihan lokasi pembangunan perumahan pihak developer mengalami permasalahan dikarenakan belum adanya sistem terkomputerisasi yang bisa mendukung pengambilan sebuah keputusan. Untuk itu perlu dibangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk membantu dalam menentukan lokasi yang akan dipilih oleh developer dengan implementasi metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique Exploiting Ranks (SMARTER) dan menggunakan pembobotan Rank Order Centroid (ROC). Metode SMARTER merupakan merupakan metode pengambilan keputusan multi kriteria dan pengembangan dari metode SMART dalam hal pembobotannya. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini diantaranya ketersediaan tanah, harga tanah, jaringan listrik dan air, fisik dasar tanah dan lokasi. Hasil perangkingan dengan menggunakan perhitungan metode SMARTER dan teknik ROC diperoleh alternatif terbaik setelah diurutkan yaitu Kulim dengan nilai (0.2812), selajutnya Arengka (0.2424), Sidomulyo (0.2417), Panam (0.2245) dan yang terakhir Kubang Raya (0.2163). Dengan adanya SPK ini diharapkan dapat membantu pihak developer dalam mengambil keputusan secara terkomputerisasi dalam pemilihan lokasi pembangunan perumahan selanjutnya.References
