SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENENTUAN PESERTA PELATIHAN BERPRESTASI MENGGUNAKAN METODE SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING

Dinas Tenaga Kerja (Disnaker) merupakan instansi penyelenggara program kegiatan pelatihan bagi para pencari kerja. Pada penyelenggaraannya, Disnaker bekerja sama dengan Lembaga Pelatihan Kerja Swasta (LPKS) yang berada di kota Pekanbaru. Selama mengikuti program pelatihan, peserta diberi uji kompetensi oleh LPKS tempat peserta melaksanakan program pelatihan sebagai penilaian untuk mengukur kemampuan peserta pelatihan. Peserta yang mendapatkan nilai terbaik akan diberikan reward berupa sertifikat penghargaan dan dipromosikan ke Perusahaan yang membutuhkankan oleh Disnaker. Dalam melakukan perankingan, pihak dinas mengalami kesulitan dalam menentukan peserta berprestasi disebabkan adanya jumlah nilai yang sama. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) penentuan peserta pelatihan berprestasi menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Teknik perancangan sistem menggunakan metode Object Oriented Analysis Design (OOAD) dan Tools Unified Modelling Language (UML). Teknik pengujian sistem menggunakan teknik Black Box testing, User Acceptance Test (UAT) dan perhitungan metode SAW secara manual. Hasil penelitian ini berupa SPK penentuan peserta pelatihan berprestasi, sehingga dapat merekomendasikan dan membantu Disnaker dalam meranking nilai peserta pelatihan berprestasi dan mengelola data program pelatihan.References

"The Submission of Manuscripts in softcopy can be sent through a website in the form of a file with the .docx extension (xxxxxx.docx) and NOT in the form of a Portable Document File (PDF). The editor has the right to edit the manuscript for the purpose of improvement and layout setting, without changing the essence of the writing. For significant improvements, the editor will request correction from the author.
The Review will be conducted for all incoming manuscripts. The results of the review will be communicated to each author within 1 (one) month from the submission of the manuscript to the editor.
