Abstract

Isu sentral dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia terletak pada persoalan pendidikan, sehingga wajar jika problem kependidikan merupakan persoalan yang tidak pernah usang untuk dibicarakan. Manusia sebagai agen perubahan selalu bersandar pada pola dan system kependidikan yang ada. Berbagai krisis kemanusiaan pun senantiasa dikembalikan kepada corak kependidikan yang tengah berlangsung. Hal ini mengingat pendidikan adalah institusi pembentukan humanitas manusia yang di dalamnya terjadi proses pentransformasian berbagai nilai sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan-kebutuhan kemanusiaan manusia itu sendiri.
