There are different opinions about implementation and codification of Islamic Law in Malay country. This difference is because of dissimilar perceptions about the Islamic law itself as norms and legal. The presence of Islam in Nusantara was entailed by implementation of legal rules that it came with. Such statement may be proved based on historical proofs like written stone in Trengganu dating in 1303 A.D./702 H., Malacca's Constitutions, Minangkabau's Law, and Ulama's works on Islamic jurisprudenceReferences
