since a few decades ago, the district of pelelawan has sought to improve the quality of human resources through the expansion of opportunities for formal education in schools, ranging from basic education up to the secondary education, such as infrastructure development of schools, increased staff, procurement of school facilities and infrastructure, as well as low-cost education financing. Conclusions obtained from this research that the public has responded positively to the program. It is characterized by increasing enrollment of children of primary and secondary school age (7-18 years) in the formal education system in schools.
