PENERAPAN METODE AGILE DALAM PENGEMBANGAN APPLICATION PROGRAMMING INTERFACE SYSTEM PADA PT XYZ

PT. XYZ adalah perusahaan Solusi Teknologi Informasi (TI), yang berfokus pada penyediaan Integrasi Aplikasi Perusahaan serta Layanan Profesional yang dilengkapi dengan layanan konsultasi. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis hanya membahas bagaimana metode Agile digunakan PT. XYZ dalam pembuatan Application Programming Interface atau API. Implementasi metode Agile Scrum ini menggunakan alat bantu yaitu software Jira. Untuk memudahkan pemahaman dalam implementasinya, digunakan dua pendekatan yaitu skenario dan implementasi metode Agile Scrum dalam pengembangan Application Programming Interface. Metode Agile Scrum dianggap sesuai dengan kebutuhan manajemen kerja tim di PT. XYZ, berdasarkan kerangka kerja Scrum dan membantu tim Developer dalam meningkatkan kinerja tim. Implementasi metode ini juga sudah berjalan dengan baik tanpa adanya kendala, serta memiliki alur dan fungsionalitas yang mudah dipahami saat di implementasikan.
