Rekomendasi User Interface Game Edukasi untuk Anak Usia Dini (4-6 tahun) Menggunakan Metode User Centered Design (UCD)

ABSTRAK — Perkembangan yang terjadi pada teknologi saat ini, memberikan pengaruh pada semua aktifitas pembelajaran dan pengajaran terhadap anak.
Usia 4-6 tahun adalah suatu tahapan usia dalam rentang usia dini (biasa disebut usia pra-sekolah) dimana anak sedang dipersiapkan untuk memasuki proses belajar yang formal. Diharapkan pada rentang usia ini, anak mempunyai sikap belajar yang lebih terarah, tidak hanya sekedar bermain, namun mulai mengenal proses belajar dibalik permainan tersebut. Oleh karena itu, perlunya suatu media bantu belajar dalam bentuk game yang bersifat edukatif. Aplikasi game edukasi dalam perangkat mobile dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk pembelajaran anak. Telah dibuktikan game edukasi dapat menunjang proses
pendidikan. Oleh karena itu, Rekomendasi User Interface Game edukasi pada penelitian ini menggunakan Aplikasi Construct 2 yang merupakan tools pembuat game berbasis HTML5 yang dikhususkan untuk platform 2D yang dikembangkan
oleh Scirra. Ltd. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan user centered design untuk mendapatkan perspektif pengguna dalam mengembangkan aplikasi
game edukasi ini. Dan dapat dijalankan pada platform Android.
