KERJASAMA DRIVER DENGAN PERUSAHAAN APLIKASI GO-JEK ONLINE PERSPEKTIF FIKIH EKONOMI

Abstract
This study discusses the cooperation of go-jek companies with drivers of the economic fiqh perspective. The problem is that the form of collaboration between the online go-to-go application company and the driver is not clear from the perspective of economic fiqh. On one side there are mudharabah indicators with profit sharing. On the otner hand there is a syirkah indicator, but the form of the syirkah has not been identified. In addition, there is also the ijarah indicator, because the distribution of 20% for the company can be categorized as an application payment service. From this problem, the question arises, how is the essence of cooperation between drivers and online application companies in the perspective of economic jurisprudence?. This research uses field research with qualitative descriptive research methods. Data sources in this study were obtained through interviews. The results of this study found that drivers collaborate with companies, where companies provide application services to obtain services by 20% of each order, while drivers earn 80% of each order. Collaboration between drivers and online go-jek application companies according to economic fiqh including ijarah ad-dzimah is a contract to lease services to drivers to get passengers, where drivers pay for the service.
Abstrak
Studi ini membahas tentang kerjasama perusahaan go-jek dengan driver perspektif fikih ekonomi. Permasalahannya adalah belum jelasnya bentuk kerjasama yang dilakukan antara perusahaan aplikasi go-jek online dengan driver dilihat dari perspektif fikih ekonomi. Pada satu sisi terdapat indikator mudharabah dengan ada bagi hasil. Pada sisi lain terlihat indikator syirkah, namun belum teridentifikasi bentuk syirkahnya.di samping itu ada juga indikator ijarah, karena pembagian 20% untuk perusahaan dapat dikategorikan sebagai jasa pembayaran aplikasi. Dari persoalan ini timbul pertanyaan bagaimana sesungguhnya hakikat kerjasama antara driver dengan perusahaan aplikasi go-jek online dalam perspektif Fikih Ekonomi? Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui interview atau wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menemukan bahwa driver melakukan kerjasama dengan perusahaan, di mana perusahaan menyediakan jasa aplikasi memperoleh jasa sebesar 20% dari setiap orderan, sedangkan driver memperoleh penghasilan 80% dari setiap orderan. Kerjasama antara driver dengan perusahaan aplikasi go-jek online menurut fikih ekonomi termasuk kepada ijarah ad-dzimah yaitu akad menyewakan jasa kepada pihak driver untuk mendapatkan penumpang, di mana driver membayar jasa tersebut.
