Salah satu model penilaian kinerja yang sangat banyak digunakan pada masa sekarang adalah Model Balanced Scorecard (BSC). Model BSC telah banyak digunakan oleh perusahaan-perusahaan yang ada di Indonesia dalam mengukur tingkat kinerja pegawainya. Pada penelitian ini metode analisis yang digunakan untuk menilai kinerja pegawai berdasarkan empat perspektif BSC, yaitu Perspektif keuangan, Perspektif pelanggan atau konsumen,Perspektif proses bisnis internal dan Perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Untuk menguji realiabilitas dilakukan pengujian reliabity variable BSC dengan pengolaan data dengan menggunakan software SPSS untuk mendapatkan Cronbach's Alpha.Downloads
