Analisis Kualitas Aplikasi Psikotes Menggunakan Model ISO/IEC 25010

Saat ini peran teknologi sistem informasi dan komunikasi sangat penting, mengingat keberadaannya yang mampu membantu dan mendukung banyak aktivitas sehingga pekerjaan menjadi lebih cepat dan efisien. Kualitas sistem menjadi salah satu dari tiga tingkatan masalah dari kualitas (sistem, informasi yang dihasilkan dan fungsi layanan/unit terkait). Evaluasi terhadap sebuah sistem informasi, merupakan evaluasi yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan pengukuran pada aspek kualitas dari sistem informasi dengan mengacu pada standar pengukuran yang diakui oleh dunia internasional model pengukuran yang memiliki aspek pengukuran terlengkap adalah ISO/IEC 25010. Analisis Kualitas Aplikasi Psikotes menggunakan model ISO/IEC 25010 telah dilakukan terhadap 6 kategori di mana berdasarkan penelitian aplikasi psikotes telah memenuhi standar yaitu Functionality, unsur kebutuhan telah terpenuhi di mana semua fungsi berjalan sesuai dan bernilai 1.Performance Efficiency, hasil kinerja pada aplikasi menghasilkan nilai 90% dengan grade B. Hanya saja perlu dilakukan perbaikan pada Struktur aplikasi yang memiliki nilai 79% dikarenakan file/image pada aplikasi di kategorikan memiliki ukuran besar. Usability, tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap sistem senilai 0,82 Reliability (Keandalan), telah memenuhi standar dengan nilai 99,95%. Portability, unsur kemampuan sistem beradaptasi dalam browser yang berbeda mendapatkan nilai sebesar 1. Maintainability, situs web dikembangkan dengan framework yang sudah mendukung kemudahan dalam pemeliharaan, pengujian dan peningkatan versi.
