Pengembangan Model Persediaan Single Vendor Multi Buyer Dengan Kebijakan Rework

Dalam menentukan suatu ukuran lot produksi dan meminimalkan biaya total biaya persediaan, model persediaan yang sering digunakan adalah Economic Order / Production Quantity (EOQ/EPQ). EOQ / EPQ mempunyai beberapa asumsi yang dianggap kurang relevan dengan keadaan saat ini, diantaranya hasil order / produksi terbebas dari cacat dan pengiriman bersifat kontinyu. Padahal dalam kondisi nyata di perusahaan pasti terdapat hasil produksi yang cacat dan pengiriman produk tidak kontinyu. Pada penelitian kali ini akan mengembangkan model penentuan ukuran produksi pada single vendor dan multi buyer dengan Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) dengan mempertimbangkan kecacatan produk yang bertujuan untuk menentukan ukuran lot produksi dan meminimalisasi total biaya persediaan. Dari hasil pengembangan tersebut telah dicoba dengan contoh numerik dan analisa sensitivitas yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan total biaya produksi yang minimum dengan jumlah produksi yang optimal.
