ANALISIS KUALITAS LAYANAN SISTEM INFORMASI INLIS LITE MENGGUNAKAN METODE LIBQUAL (Studi Kasus: Badan Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kota Pekanbaru)

Badan Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kota Pekanbaru telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi INLIS (Integrated Library System) LITE sejak tahun 2013. Khusus untuk layanan kepada pengunjung, dalam penelusuran informasi menggunakan layanan Online Public Acces Catalog (OPAC). Namun masih terdapat kendala, yaitu error pada sistem ketika digunakan, ketidaksesuaian akurasi data, fasilitas komputer kurang memadai sehingga akses informasi menjadi terhambat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan sistem informasi INLIS LITE terhadap kepuasan pengguna di Badan Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kota Pekanbaru berdasarkan dimensi libqual. Indikator pengukuran yaitu Affect of Service, Information Control, dan Library as Place. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan sistem informasi INLIS LITE dinilai baik dan cukup puas terhadap layanan yang ada. Sedangkan skor Superiority Gap (SG) menunjukkan skor negative -1,18, berarti menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan sistem informasi inlis LITE berada diantara tingkat minimum yang dapat diterima.
