Analisis Postur Kerja Karyawan Menggunakan Metode RULA

CV Mulia Tata Sejahtera yang merupakan usaha kecil di bidang manukfatur memiliki beberapa karyawan yang postur tubuhnya belum ergonomis pada saat bekerja. Postur kerja merupakan titik penentu dalam menganalisis keefektifan kerja karyawan di CV Mulia Tata Sejahtera. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko pekerjaan yang dialami karyawan di CV Mulia Tata Sejahtera akibat postur kerja dan mencari solusi untuk memperbaiki postur kerja tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) untuk menilai postur kerja atau aktivitas pekerja pada tubuh bagian atas (upper limb) saat melakukan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini menganalisis dan mengevaluasi postur tubuh dari tiga karyawan yang masing-masing bekerja mengoperasikan mesin milling, drilling, dan CNC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dua karyawan memiliki postur kerja dengan level risiko rendah, dan satu karyawan yang mengoperasikan mesin milling memiliki postur kerja dengan level risiko sedang. Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan perbaikan postur kerja agar karyawan dapat melakukan pekerjaannya dengan aman dan nyaman.References
