Perancangan Pengendali Hybrid PID Gain Schedulling dan Sliding Mode Control Untuk Pengendalian Level

Pengukuran tinggi permukaan cairan (level) dalam bejana, tabung dan tangki sering kali dijumpai di dunia industri. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada pengendalian level adalah suplai laju aliran yang tidak stabil mengakibatkan respon waktu pencapaian level yang diinginkan menjadi lambat, terlebih lagi saat perubahan setpoint level. Permasalah ini diselesaikan dengan perancangan pengendali PID yang dikombinasikan dengan Gain Schedulling. Kombinasi PID dan Gain Schedulling mampu menyelesaikan persoalan pencapaian setpoint. Namun, pencapaian setpoint memerlukan waktu yang lama. Untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan tersebut, dipilih pengendali sliding mode control (SMC) untuk menangani persoalan respon waktu. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan, bahwa kombinasi pengendali hybrid PID gain scheduling dan sliding mode control mampu mencapai set point dengan waktu yang cepat. Pengujian tersebut didapat hasil dari tiga perubahan setpoint level yaitu 25%, 50%, 75%, dan 100%.
