Abstract

Arsitektur enterprise merupakan sebuah mekanisme yang menjamin sumber daya teknologi informasi dari organisasi agar selalu berada pada jalur strategi, dan juga menjelaskan rencana untuk membangun satu atau sekumpulan sistem. Dalam penerapan arsitektur enterprise di PT. POS Indonesia diidentifikasi ada beberapa faktor-faktor yang mengandung risiko. Penulisan paper kali ini akan menekankan bagaimana manajemen risiko ditinjau dari aspek penyelarasan dan integrasi penerapan arsitektur enterprise.
