SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN UNTUK MENENTUKAN PRODUK ASURANSI JIWA BAGI NASABAH MENGGUNAKAN METODE SMARTER

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan asuransi terus meningkat, berbagai produk asuransipun bermunculan. Dalam menentukan produk asuransi yang tepat banyak pilihan kriteria yang dapat digunakan. Sementara peranan agen asuransi masih dirasakan kurang effektif bagi nasabah. Untuk itu perlu dibangun sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) untuk membantu dalam menentukan produk asuransi jiwa bagi nasabah. Kriteria Umum seperti Usia, Pekerjaan, Pendapatan atau Gaji, Jenis Kelamin, Status serta Kriteria Khusus seperti Kebiasaan, Kesehatan, Info Penyakit, Kondisi Nasabah Wanita, Riwayat Keluarga dihitung dengan menggunakan metode SMARTER. Hasil sistem berupa rekomendasi produk yang tepat bagi nasabah berdasarkan kondisi dan kriteria personalnya. Perangkat Lunak ini diuji baik secara blackbox maupun user acceptance test dengan perolehan hasil 100% optimal dan layak digunakan. Studi kasus dilakukan di perusahaan asuransi BRIngin Life. Dengan adanya SPK ini diharapkan dapat membantu nasabah dalam memahami asuransi dan juga membantu pihak agen asuransi dalam mengambil keputusan secara terkomputerisasi dan menawarkan produk asuransi yang tepat sasaran sesuai kebutuhan nasabah.
